Jemima Nowosad is a Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience in private practice, and prior experience as a consultant in health care improvement and as a mental health support worker in the community.

Jemima is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, and has academic research background evaluating post-traumatic stress of resettled refugees. She works with a range of presentations including autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment problems, relationship difficulties and stress management.

Jemima uses evidence-based treatment approaches, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
